My name is Rhonda Gray, I’m the Office Manager, and I’ve been with Commercial Service for six years. I grew up in Smithville, Indiana, which is about 10 minutes south of Bloomington.
I’m married. We’ve been married for 19 years. Between the two of us, we have four children and eight grandchildren.
Working in a small, we’re not so small now, but company, I get to do a lot of different things. So, it’s not like have the same thing I do all day long every day. I enjoy the variety.
The best thing about working here is I love how we feel like we’re a family. I feel like this is just a big family. The owners care about the employees, it’s very obvious that they do.

Anyone who knows Rhonda Gray, knows that she loves her job as Office Manager at Commercial Service; and to her, nothing beats the familial atmosphere in the office. Rhonda has happily been working at Commercial Service for over 6 years now, and between her responsibilities, to poking fun at her coworker, Charlie Laughlin, she wouldn’t have it any other way.
