The more you know...

You know, there’s two very important parts of our business: they are our customers and our employees. We wouldn’t be anywhere without them.

My name is Charlie Laughlin. I am the Vice President of the Residential Operations. I am married. I’ve been married for 12 years. I’ve got three kids. I’ve got a 10-year-old son, Bryce; 7-year-old daughter, Hadley; and 4-year-old, Oliver.

I spend a lot of time with scheduling service technicians in the installs we do. I spend a lot of time with field support, and also helping with technical issues that arise on the jobs. It’s the interaction between the people, the technicians and the homeowner, that I’ve never seen anywhere else. The technicians get to know the homeowners; they get to know the clients.

Commercial-grade service for your home is an expectation that we’re going to be there. To me personally, it means having the resources to stand behind the things we’re telling you we’re going to be able to do.

We Stand Behind Our Service

Charlie Laughlin is often the smiling face you’ll encounter when you work with Commercial Service. Charlie grew up in Bloomington, Indiana, and went to college in Cincinnati, Ohio. After his graduation, he decided to move back to Indiana. He and his wife, Jen, have been married since 2006, and have three children and two dogs.

Charlie serves as our Vice President of Residential Operations and takes a lot of pride in what he does at Commercial Service. He is devoted to bringing the personal touch of a small business to customers and employees alike.

“You know, there’s two very important parts of our business: they are our customers and our employees. We wouldn’t be anywhere without them,” he states.

He spends the majority of his time scheduling the service technicians, helping those who work in field support, and also aiding with the technical issues that arise on the job. He believes, “It’s the interaction between the people, the technicians, and the homeowner, that [he’s] never seen anywhere else. The technicians get to know the homeowners; they get to know the clients.“

To Charlie, “Commercial-grade service for your home is an expectation that we’re going to be there. To me personally, it means having the resources to stand behind the things we’re telling you we’re going to be able to do.”
