My primary responsibility is being the contact person on the commercial side. I organize all of the contracts and enter it into our database so that our team of dispatchers and coordinators are able to dispatch our technicians in a timely fashion, so that all the work is performed that we are contracted to do.

Concise data entry is the key to keeping the commercial-side of Commercial Service operating smoothly, and Mindy’s organizational talents make sure that happens every time. She even occasionally joins dispatchers and technicians on-site visits to ensure the jobs can be completed successfully.
