Our customers are what we get up for every day at Commercial Service. We want to make sure that we’re taking care of them. So it’s very important that, not only are we taking care of their home, we’re taking care of them and their family. So it’s very important that we do the best job we can every single day.
My name is Joe Garman and I’m with Commercial Service in the residential department in sales. I usually wake up at about 6 in the morning, at work by 7. Then I have all the guys meet in my office and we go through the job duties and descriptions for the day, get them out the door, and then go visit each job site in the morning to make sure we’re all on the same page.
Commercial Service—I feel like that’s the point where you can always get ahold of somebody. You can trust us that we’re always going to answer the phone, there’s always going to be an email or a text message given about the service that we’re going to provide. I feel like there’s always somebody a phone call away if you did need something.
An HVAC Team That Cares
Fourteen years is a long time to stay at a company, but for Joe Garman, there’s a reason he’s stayed a part of the Commercial Service team.
Joe believes the impression our technicians make on customers goes outside of their homes—Joe sees his customers out in the community every day. “We want to make sure that we’re taking care of them,” he says. “So it’s very important that, not only are we taking care of their home, we’re taking care of them and their family.”
As the team’s Residential Sales Manager, Joe’s day starts with reviewing job descriptions and locations with the HVAC technicians and then visiting each job site to ensure everyone is on the same page. His responsibilities don’t end there!
