Loyal, compassionate, and willing to help everybody out—Commercial Service does it right the first time. My name is Aaron Posey. My title is Residential Field Support, so I can help the guys from the service standpoint and the installation department as well.
A typical workday for me can be anywhere from running service calls, doing load calculations, helping out with the installers, and just odds and ins—answering phones. You’re gonna have somebody that you can, of course, trust in your home, that’s gonna be respectful to your home. You don’t have to worry about if you’re not there. They’re gonna treat your home as if it’s their own home.
The thing I like about it, even as large as Commercial Service is with the number of employees we have, they’re still like the big, family atmosphere.
Residential Service That You Can Rely On
“Loyal, compassionate, and willing to help everybody out,”—these are the words Aaron Posey believes describe Commercial Service.
For seven years, Aaron has served as a team member of Commercial Service’s Residential Field Support, which means he lends a helping hand to the folks in the service and installation departments. He’s seen firsthand both he and his fellow team members have lived up to those words. He’s dedicated to putting the customer first.
“You’re going to have somebody that you can, of course, trust in your home, that’s going to be respectful to your home. You don’t have to worry about if you’re not there. They’re going to treat your home as if it’s their own home,” he went on to say.
Like most team members, Aaron’s favorite perk of working at Commercial Service is the familial atmosphere. He remarked that even as Commercial Service has expanded, they’ve held true to their roots.
